1. The Need for a Super App to Integrate Financial Activities
As financial services have moved to mobile, apps have become an everyday gateway for managing personal finances. According to Plaid's 2025 survey, 78% of U.S. adults use fintech apps, up 20 percentage points from 2020. Yet moving financial services onto mobile apps has not eliminated all friction. In the same survey, 72% of respondents said they did not want to switch between multiple apps to manage their finances. This suggests that improving individual services is not enough. Reducing the friction of moving between them matters as well.
The same friction exists in investing. Investors may trade stocks and digital assets on separate platforms, then use additional services to manage or spend what they hold. Accounts and balances must be managed separately. After identifying an investment opportunity, users may need to move funds to another trading platform or open yet another app simply to check information on their holdings.
A financial super app seeks to reduce this burden by bringing fragmented financial activities into a single application. Combining market information, trading, asset management, transfers, and payments can reduce the need for investors to move between services for different purposes. For service providers, it also creates an opportunity to address a broader range of financial needs among existing customers. A user who initially comes to the platform to trade can also be offered asset management and payment services, allowing the platform to generate revenue from financial activities beyond trading.
Ault, which is building a blockchain-based financial platform, is pursuing this type of service integration through its consumer app, OnlyBulls. Alongside an app that provides investment information and asset management services, Ault is developing financial products and exchanges on its proprietary Layer 1, Ault Blockchain. The goal is to offer Ault's own products to investors already using its information and asset management services, expanding the range of financial activities available through OnlyBulls.
2. OnlyBulls: An AI Financial Super App for an Integrated Financial Experience
OnlyBulls launched in August 2025 as an AI app that tracks market movements across stocks, ETFs, and digital assets. It has since added a digital asset wallet and on-chain trading functionality, while expanding into deposits, asset management, transfers, and payments. By combining AI that filters and analyzes investment information with a wallet for holding and using assets, OnlyBulls is evolving into an AI-powered financial super app.
2-1. An AI Market Agent That Filters and Interprets Investment Information
Investors tracking both stocks and digital assets need to monitor more than price movements. Corporate earnings, major news, economic data, and other signals all matter, and the burden of tracking them increases as the number of assets grows. OnlyBulls' AI market agent monitors prices, news, market sentiment, and key indicators to surface changes in assets users follow, reducing the need to search for each piece of information individually.
Pre-market and post-market briefings combine movements in major assets, economic indicators, policy schedules, and news on the user's watchlist. This allows investors to follow both broader market trends and developments in the assets they track. Briefings can be read as text or played as audio, and previous briefings remain available for review. Users who cannot continuously monitor prices can also set alerts based on target prices or percentage moves and receive notifications when those conditions are met.
For a deeper look at a specific company or market issue, users can access conversational analysis through askROI, an AI platform that synthesizes information and responds to natural-language queries. An analysis of Nvidia's earnings and stock performance, for example, can combine business metrics such as revenue and profitability with price and volume trends and major news. A request to compare Nvidia with AMD can produce a table covering their data center businesses, profitability, and risk factors. The analysis interface also displays price and market capitalization data, and users can request additional technical analysis when needed.

2-2. A Digital Asset Wallet Combining Trading, Asset Management, and Payments
The OnlyBulls wallet extends the service from AI analysis into actual asset ownership and trading. Users can move from a digital asset analysis screen to trading, while managing their holdings through the wallet tab in the same app. Built on wallet infrastructure provider Privy, the wallet supports access through email and social logins while using a self-custody model in which users retain control of their assets. By embedding the wallet into the same app used for investment information, OnlyBulls reduces the friction of installing and learning to use a separate wallet application.
The financial features integrated into the wallet address not only the point of trade, but also how assets are used while they are held. USDC Savings allows users to deposit and manage USDC, a U.S. dollar-based stablecoin, and see generated yield reflected in their balance. The wallet also supports peer-to-peer transfers and crypto card payments, allowing users to send assets to others or use them for payments.
Like a conventional digital asset wallet, OnlyBulls also provides access to external DeFi services. It supports multiple networks including Ethereum, Base, and Solana, allowing users to trade or manage assets held across these networks. Users can discover trading services such as Uniswap and Jupiter, as well as lending services such as Aave, then access them through the in-app browser.

3. OnlyBulls' Roadmap for Implementing Integrated Financial Services
Ault is preparing to introduce perpetual futures trading in OnlyBulls using liquidity from the decentralized derivatives exchange Hyperliquid. Once integrated, investors will be able to place orders through OnlyBulls and execute them against Hyperliquid's order book, extending into derivatives trading without moving to a separate exchange.
The range of investable assets is also set to expand beyond digital assets into equities and real-world assets (RWAs). Ault is developing Ault Markets, which is intended to provide a spot decentralized exchange (DEX), a perpetual futures DEX, and tokenization functionality, with a target launch date of October 1, 2026. In the fourth quarter, Ault plans to add tokenized stocks, RWAs, and commodities for trading through OnlyBulls. Ault Markets will support tokenization and trading, while OnlyBulls will serve as the consumer-facing interface through which investors access these products.
Physical silver is one concrete example of Ault's tokenized product development. Ault is developing a service that issues tokens representing claims on physical silver and enables them to trade on its spot DEX. It is also developing loans collateralized by silver tokens and vault products in which users can deposit the tokens for on-chain asset deployment. Ault plans to extend the same tokenization model from silver to gold and platinum.
Conventional equities and options trading are planned for a separate web platform, OnlyBulls Trading. To support these services under the applicable regulatory framework, Ault is building securities brokerage and clearing infrastructure, as well as transfer agent infrastructure to maintain securityholder records and track changes in ownership. Equities trading is targeted for October 1, 2026, with options trading planned for the fourth quarter. Because digital assets and conventional securities differ in how they are traded, held, and regulated, Ault is building separate operating foundations for each while broadening the range of financial services available to investors.

4. Ault Is Building Consumer Services and Financial Infrastructure Together
Ault's planned business stack extends from the investor-facing app to product issuance, trading, and settlement. OnlyBulls provides the consumer service, Ault Markets supports product issuance and trading, and Ault Blockchain serves as the settlement layer for Ault's own on-chain financial services. The strategy vertically integrates the app used to attract and retain users with the products and trading infrastructure offered to them.

Expanding on-chain finance requires more than the technology to issue new products. Investors also need services through which they can understand and use those products. By operating OnlyBulls directly, Ault aims to let investors move from checking market information and managing assets to accessing Ault's own financial products within the same application. For investors, this expands the range of assets available within a familiar service. For Ault, it creates a direct distribution channel for the products it develops.
Ault is scheduled to participate in the CIS Seoul Partner Summit, a private forum for executives from companies pursuing RWA businesses and infrastructure providers. Participants will be able to discuss with Ault how tokenized products can be issued and traded, as well as how financial services can be delivered through consumer applications.
