On September 30, 2026, the primary shareholder of METABORA GAMES, the operator of BORA and issuer of the BORA token will transit from METABORA to LUDICOVA HOLDINGS LLC.
At the core of this change is the introduction of a joint consultative structure, bringing together various gaming and content companies to shape the future direction and key initiatives of the BORA ecosystem.
LUDICOVA HOLDINGS LLC will feature participation from multiple leading gaming companies, including Kakao Games and LINE Games. Moving forward, we plan to continuously expand membership to strategic partners that can drive synergy with the BORA ecosystem.
Through this collaborative framework, BORA aims to seamlessly integrate the content and business capabilities of participating partners, driving sustainable, long-term growth for the entire ecosystem.
Under this new decision-making structure, BORA will focus on four core pillars:

A. LUDICOVA HOLDINGS LLC is an entity established to acquire and operate BORA-related businesses and to connect participating companies’ gaming content and services with the BORA ecosystem.
The name LUDICOVA combines Ludic (play/gaming) and Nova (a new star), symbolizing our mission to launch a new era for Web3 gaming.
