Lido ($LDO) has announced that Polygon will add support for $wstETH as a third layer 2 solution following Optimism and Arbitrum.

The project said this decision was made taking into account several factors, including the network TVL, decentralized finance activity, security, and the presence of Lido's long-term partners. Through this integration, $wstETH will become Polygon's token of choice, providing users with a seamless transaction experience on the platform. Users can visit Polygon Bridge for use (add contract address '0x7f39c581f595b53c5cb19bd0b3f8da6c935e2ca0') and select $wstETH in order to deposit $wstETH to Polygon.
