Stacks ($STX) announced that the development of Stacks 2.1 has been approved. This update is the official development update for Stacks 2.1, released on September 3rd, and will include the following changes: 1. Improved stacking 2. New functions in Clarity for data parsing and validation 3. Keyword changes in Clarity to improve the bridge experience 4. Improved accessibility of decentralized mining pools 5. Seg Mining function through Segwit and Taproot 6. Bitcoin native asset and smart contract control function. Stacks 2.1 update will be activated when Bitcoin block height reaches 781,551.
